My Favorite Features Of GoZen Forms?
GoZen is designed to give users a zen-like experience in form design and management. It has many templates that users can springboard off of, and I hope that the company will continue to add to this space or somehow open it up to the community’s creativity to contribute.
Onboarding is smooth and gives users an overview of what to expect. If users are designing a basic form using one of the templates, they could have it published in under 10 minutes.
If they want to integrate with other providers, there are about a dozen of them, including pebbly and slack. Again, I would love to see this list expand over time.
What I Liked
- The UI/UX is fantastic – it’s modern, minimalistic, and easy to use, which is perfect for beginners or people who just need basic form functionalities for their projects.
- The support is fantastic – they answered all of my questions (and I had a lot)! There aren’t many developers out there who would take the time to do that.
- There’s huge potential for this app to grow and compete with the more established ones in the next year or two.
What I Disliked
- not enough features for agencies or small businesses who want to use this LTD
- no native notifications, client/user permissions, entry management, or CSS customization
- “unlimited” users for agencies is actually tied to the number of domain counts
- the WP plugin could use more improvements
Overall, Gozen Forms is a decent product but it still needs some work in order to be used by more complex businesses.
