Postly allows you to import records of your past conversations with people onto their platform so that you can easily message everyone at once. Even though this is a really cool feature, it’s difficult to use because of the abundance of other stuff on the website that isn’t explained well. It’s also complicated to broadcast a message, with all of the warnings and options.
Liked/Disliked
There are a few key features that make Hootsuite stand out among other social media management platforms, particularly for agencies.
Some of the most notable features include:
- Unlimited team members and 200 workspaces with the top tier
- Workspaces for each client
- A range of connections from Facebook to TikTok to Telegram
- Approval roles and workflow that can be assigned to clients
Some things that I think could be improved with Postly are:
-The ability to whitelabel posts, so that clients can be charged for them. I understand this is on the roadmap, so I hope it’s implemented soon.
-The ability to auto-allocate posts to scheduled slots. This would remove the need for unnecessary planning. At the moment, Postly requires a particular date for each post.
-A calendar view of planned posts.
